Sterling Atlas 1/2" Rigging Line
This Sterling Rope 1/2" (13mm) Atlas double braid rope is the workhorse of the Sterling arbor rigging lines. It's a perfect line for standard-duty rigging, with a redesigned double-braid construction that provides a huge increase in overall strength thanks to its polyester sheath and nylon core construction. While lowering the static elongation, the Atlas allows extra stretch to absorb impact forces and limit peak forces when catching wood in negative rigging applications. The tightly woven polyester sheath resists picking and protects the nylon core without sacrificing handling. This double braid rigging line works great with a capstan winch, port a wrap, or rigging blocks.
